The install flow, end to end

A reference implementation of the connection flow, using the gamification demo as the example capability. You authorize the capability once in Blade. Blade holds the credential and enforces the limits; this app only ever holds a short-lived token, server-side. Installations are switched off on this deployment, so this page will report “Temporarily unavailable” rather than completing a connection.
